Tmat Products

I was looking around the web, through pics here for options to hold a couple of plastic storage containers in the cargo are of the 4Runner, and came across Tmat Products, seems like a reasonable option. Adjustbability, isn't cumbersome, and doesn't overpower the rear of the truck. I was wondering if anyone as any experience with this or similar products?

I like the concept but, don't care for the design. It would fill with dirt, sand, etc. and has to be removed to clean it.

I think you could just use a shop vac. on it, but if you did have to remove it, it does not look like it would be that hard.
