It'll be close... rear will definitely rub bumper under flex. Under normal conditions they should be ok. It's roughly 34"x11".

what is that like a 34" tire. you might be able to. with a 1" body lift im sure you could. it would also take a small amount of trimming and beating. but yeah id say it could.

I have that size sitting in my living room right now delivered by UPS this morning. Rubber smell making me feel ill. 34.1" is the overall diameter for these (Dynapros). Granted these aren't going on a 4runner. I think it'll come down to your wheel choice, and even then I can't foresee you not having some significant rubbing somewhere.
And good tires are expensive as $#%^ in this size. Much cheaper to do 275/60/20 and more options, but that's 33"
