Took the 4rnr out with some buddies and showed then what a stock 2nd gen can do.

We went out to the "powerline trails in central MO, it was pouring down rain off and on all day but i had a blast. The truck does very very well in mud. just needs a rear locker but did fine without. didnt get stuck once, didnt get any pics of the really hairy stuff, just us playing around in the mud until a rally was over.

The rigs are my buddys FJ lifted on 305 33"s, His buddies Range Rover Discovery lifted on 33" M/T, and yes thats a 2002 Lexus LX470(land cruiser) i was suprised what that thing could do, but it got stuck a few times due to grocery getter tires on it.

the guy in the stock Land cuiser takes professional shots as a hobby, and had a $3K camera with him, and actually in that shots and the ones like it he was halfway up a tree snapping off shots.

Great pics, thanks for sharing. Where exactly did you go and id love to tag along next time. Prob. when it isnt so muddy (stock dunflops) I bet there is other members in the area that might be interested as well.

$65k LX470, yikes I can't even force myself to take my GX offroad, even though it was made for it. I've barely even used my GX in rain. :xnuts: :dancin:

Well the LX is a Land Cruiser, and LCs have been known for offroading so I have no doubt these vehicles will perform less than high expectations. :
