I don't think that's from Top Gear. It's from an Antartic expedition a few years back. It was listed by a dealer in Houston (I think) for $89K. Lots of toys, but not real practical as a daily driver, though the 330 gallon fuel tank would help in heavy traffic.

I used to see that tacoma everyday on my commute cause it was always outside at Lamborghini of Houston. It's looks cool but definitely not something a lot of people would use.

Pictures are clearly IFS. They appear to be stock control arms too, but hard to say for sure. At least a front bracket lift, probably a healthy dose of body lift as well.
It's all about that sponsorship--Sponsors LOVE fake hood scoops.
The Russo auction truck was built with some help from the same Icelandic company which built the trucks used for the Top Gear Polar Challenge episode. I got a chance to visit the Arctic Trucks facility in Reykjavik a few years ago. The Top Gear Hilux's were not in the shop, but the Prado support truck was, so I made my wife take a picture:

Top Gear's Tacos were red and less extremely modified.

The TopGear trucks were Hilux's, not Taco's.
