Toyota April Tire Sale + Michelin Spring Sale

Paid $730 out the door for four mounted & balanced Michelin Defender LTX 265/70/17 from my local Toyota dealership (Toyota of Riverside) today. Also, get a $70 rebate from Michelin on four installed tires until 4/19 I think.

It’s like getting one tire and installation of all four for free.

Just got the same tire and deal from my local dealership, too, though not as good as your price (mine were $750 installed, plus tax). How was the balancing? A couple of my wheels took a lot of weight to balance them, which is not what I expected from Michelin tires

Have you tried applying for the Michelin rebate yet? I'm not clear if it works in conjunction with other promotions (like the Toyota Buy 3 get 1 deal)

My tires seem to have balanced great. No more than one weight per wheel and no vibration to be felt.

To the Michelin promo, I applied the day I got the tires and the status had been in “In progress” since than but I just checked and now status says “Denied”. I’m going to give them a call tomorrow to see why.

Either way, the tire deal alone was sweet. The $70 rebate would just be icing on the cake.

It does. I bought tires with a rebate from over a year ago and the rebate is a manufacturer's rebate, not from Toyota. You'll most likely get a pre-loaded VISA card for the rebate amount.

The Toyota deal is actually pretty darn good. They offer the same wheel replacement plans as well that other shops do, such as flat repair, side-wall repairs, warranty claims, etc.
