... Not sure if it's been discussed in here, but the BS in those Facebook groups are infuriating. I've been a bit taken back since joining them a few weeks ago because people repeatedly ask the same questions over and over again- all of which have their answers in this forum. Anyway, the cause of this rant was because I posted this picture with Denali in the background and my inbox blew up with "what lift" "what size tires" "how was the install" "do you have KDSS"????

Edit: I recommend T4R to everyone who asked questions. I let them know it's a group of knowledgeable people and their questions have likely been answered on the forum.

OH you are so correct. I'm only on 1st gen 4Runners because I connect with my son. The mentality is to ask questions without searching google first. The same questions over and over and no answers documented or searchable. No detailed pictures either.

It's easy to post a picture or two on Facebook but they get lost. Photobucket has just made years of how to posts useless by blocking photos. It's a perfect storm for forums. I notice fewer people participate in forums. I haven't joined another photo hosting service so I can now only post pictures after posting them on another forum that hosts.

You can make a folder on Google drive and change the settings to public or everyone or however they word it and use that to post pictures anywhere.

It's going to get worse before it gets better, and here's one reason why it's happening...
The internet is becoming full of absolute shit and it takes time to sort through all the shit to find what you're looking for, and in the end you're still not sure if the shit you found is the shit you want. So people are resorting to direct questions in the hope of getting a direct answer faster than if they searched and sorted through all the shit.

Pretty incredible, huh?! We had a "heat weather warning" for two days and that burned up all the clouds. I've never seen it two days in a row either... Until then.
