Toyota Financial Services Double Dipping PSA

Just a heads up for you all. Toyota Financial is switching providers or something at this time.

I just made a payment on the 4Runner two days ago and while checking my account today saw I was hit again. They are real sorry... and will try to get a check out in 7-10 days.

Beyond pissed about the whole thing. In addition while showing pending on my Wells Fargo account they were unable to stop the payment.

Time to find a new Loan provider and a new Bank.

Anyways check your statements the lady on the phone said the call volume was massive because I wasn't the only one.

This is why whenever possible I have *my* bank send the payment, instead of handing my account info to someone else and letting them take money whenever they want.

For payments that are the same every month (rent/mortgage, internet bill, car payment) it is easy to set up. For anything variable (credit cards, electric bill, etc) it is tricker to do, although it can be done with an "e-bill".
