Toyota Maintenance Owners Website

Greetings.
Does anyone know what happened to the Toyota Owners website (Welcome to Toyota Owners) that allowed do-it-yourself input for maintenance record keeping? I've been using this tool to keep track of all my maintenance activities and now there is no longer a 'Service Entry' button to allow for it even though the website still exists. All of my past info is now unavailable.

Mine is still there if I log in. Unfortunately, the Toyota app has not been working for weeks. The app is what I generally use. Toyota says that they are working on it.
