I have been looking for a truck for 6 months.
Takes some us longer than others. Once I finally decided on the 4Runner I travelled from Dealership to Dealership, I should have just started where I ended up. I left Tustin Toyota in tears, Power Toyota of Irvine, pissed.

The guys in Rancho were just wonderful. My sales guy was a former Marine so we had a repore right off. These guys run a geat dealership. Computer stations everywhere, kids play area, and darn good cup of coffee.

Can't wait to meet some of you on the trail.

Toyota of RSM was awesome. I worked with their Internet\Fleet department. The dealership was amazing it was huge and had a play area which my daughter played in while we did the paperwork. The sales person I worked with was really nice. I would definitely start at Toyota RSM first if you live in North SD County or Orange County.

Good Dealer - Great Experience

I purchased my 4Runner at Toyota of Rancho Santa Margarita as well. I did my research on the vehicle over about a four month period and was confident I knew exactly how I wanted the truck equipped. I searched dealers for inventory all the while talking with salesman and managers to see who I might want to do business with, not discussing price, but who I felt comfortable with and what dealership I liked. Price would come later. Lets face it, every dealer can come within dollars of the next if they want to. Do your homework, play nice during the sales pitch and negotiation, and stick to your goals.

Working with the salesman and sales manager at RSM was simple, fast and easy. We did the entire transaction via the phone and email prior to my showing up to view the truck. I got a great deal, the truck was what I expected and the paperwork was done within 60 minutes and I was out the door.

I would recommend anyone in the area check them out, but of course don't go in any dealership without doing your homework on the vehicle, options, factory incentives, pricing and interest rate offers.

I went throught Carsdirect.com and they hooked me up with Toyota of Rancho Santa Margarita for the purchase of my 4Runner. Everything was perfect and the staff at Toyota RSM was top-notch. I'd buy from them again in a heratbeat even though it's quite a drive for me.
