The price you are quoting sounds right, not for just a basic oil change, but the Toyota factory recommended service which is a 5k with an oil change and oil filter replacement, tire rotation and brake inspection. If you needed an air filter too, the total would come to $118. All services also include a free Brown Bear Car Wash coupon.

I just (as in three hours ago) bought a TE from them. I have not bought a ton of cars in my time, but this was definately the easiest experience I have ever had. The pricing was good, they gave me a great trade in, and there were no surprises when the deal was moved from the worksheet to the contract.

About the only wierd part was when some drunk guy wandered over to me when I was staring at the TE and started getting all friendly. One of the staff came over and sort of led him away. It was not too surpirsing given the part of town I was in. About the only problem was that I really wanted a cold beer after that point...

When I lived in Issaquah, I bought 2 different vehicles from Michael's Toyota in Bellevue and used them for all service needs. Never had a bad experience with them.

...well, other than having them still sending me coupons and whatnot here in Northern MN, 3+ years after a moved! But that's more of a problem with me than with them.

I'd love to see the OP's receipt that says oil change + air filter = $118. So much information gets left off when people complain about a service.

Just purchased a vehicle from Michaels Toyota of Bellevue and I have had all my previous toyota work done there.

- Always courteous and informative
- they help me get the best price with coupons or tell me whats imperative to fix
- negotiated new car over phone with Kirk in internet sales. Great communication and helpful
- finance guy was nice and polite. Got me 1.89% on a 72 mo. beat my bank by a good amount.
- Super nice facility

Overall, I recommend and will continue to go there.

If you’re shipping new here and don’t want the hassle of driving south to Olympia or Vancouver this is a great place,don’t expect to get much for a trade in though!they paid well below the value of my used 2016 car and priced it $9500 more than they paid for it!
