Hey All,
So recently, Toyota updated the Toyota Owners Website (Toyota Owners Official Website: Service Coupons, Owners Manuals, Service Scheduling and More) I check it from time to time to review my service history and such. Today, I noticed some of my service history is gone. I know of a specific issue that was on my history before they upgraded the site, so that's how I noticed it missing. I'm curious if anyone else is noticing missing data on the site?
I contacted the Toyota Experience Hotline, the lady I spoke to did advise they were seeing some issues here and there, but wasn't sure why my records appeared to be gone. I'm going to have my dealer print my full service history out off my VIN # next time I go in there and compare.
So basically, I just want to know, has any of your info vanished? (Note: Vehicles older than 2007 model years may have data missing, this is mentioned specifically in the FAQ so those members with vehicles older than 2007 may already see this symptom.)
