Toyota Website Question

What's the link to the Toyota website where you can enter your VIN # and see if the dealer did any maintenance work? Reason why I'm asking is I think I have to do my timing belt and water pump, local mechanic guy quoted me $900 including labor but if the truck I bought already had it done that's no need to, right? I bought it with 135k miles it has 175k miles now.

I registered but I keep getting this message:

Vehicle Service History is temporarily unavailable. (For the last three days!)

When was the last time anyone on here actually viewed their vehicle service history on that website? Are there any other websites that show your vehicle service history?

A good mechanic would indicate when the service was done with a sticker or marking.
