Toytec Bilstein lift question

So I was wanting to see if anyone has any recommendations for adjusting the perch height on my front coils. A buddy of mine said he did it on a jeep grand cherokee and it was hard as hell. Any tips would be awesome thanks

Which Toytec lift do you have? If it's the basic Bilstein lift, then you will have to disassemble the coil-over to change the perch height. If it's an Ultimate or BOSS kit, then those should be adjustable with the supplied spanner wrenches. Remember to get an alignment after making any changes to your suspension system.

Yeah it's the basic bilstein lift. Didn't know it was adjustable til yesterday. The front end has settled quite a bit and the front bias rake is driving me nuts. I think if I move it up one notch I'll be a lot closer to level. I also have the diff drop kit so that shouldn't be an issue. Also scraped the front bumper a few times and would like more clearance. Would autozone spring compressors work fine for this?

They will, but you may find it less of a chore to just take them off and run to Firestone or PepBoys (or your local auto mechanic) and have them do it. Less dangerous also. You might also want to order new circlips as it's recommended to replace them if you change the cup height.
