tps question

I replaced my tps about two months ago on my 2000 4runner with v6. After about 3 weeks the truck began to have hesitation when driving, almost like a transmission slip. Had truck checked out, no problems. I thought that maybe the tps sensor was bad since it had been the only thing I replaced in the recent past. So, I replaced it again, the truck drove great, for about another 3 weeks. Now it is back to hesitating while driving. I also noticed when the tps is bad, it idles at about 1300rpm, when it is good, 700 rpms. Why is it going out? Do I need to do some sort of adjustment on the tps? Any help would be awesome.

first, is it a TOYOTA oem TPS? make sure you go oem for this not a napa one. and maybe check the wiring and clean the MAF and throttle body. I had very similar issues when i used aftermarket tps, goodluck!
