Trail 4Runner BullDogStance, 325/60r18 (33.35” diam, 13” wide, 11.3” contact patch) Nitto Terra Grappler G2 all around, Method Standard wheels 18x9 et-12 (4-4.5" deepDish), OEM height/no lift. Spare has 295/70r17 mounted on OEM steel wheel.
- purpose usage: 90% mall crawler/DD/Hwy/city, 10% light-medium trail for hunting/fishing, not planning hardcore trails
- With purpose use above, didn’t want lift due to wife & kids issues w/ climbing in/out of lifted SUV, also prefer OEM height for Hwy speed stability/cornering
- mods: front BodyMount chop/capped weld, front partial fender well liner cut and trimming, minor metal trim, and minor lower bumper trim. Rear fender well untouched.
- No rubbing so far on UCA, bodyMount, fender well, bumper, etc under full passengers, hard braking w/ full lock, reverse full lock, hard braking w/ dip/bumps, hard cornering, light-medium trail/wheel articulations, so far so good..
- Great stability at hwy speed, solid at 100+ a couple of times… Barely feel any difference on impact/sluggishness on acceleration compared to previous 285/60r18 …
- holds corner better due to wider track/stance and wider tires/contact patch.
- Avg/mixed driving 17mpg w/ 285/60/18 dropped to avg mixed DD 16mpg w/ 325s, so not too bad...
I am sure I’ll encounter some rubbing on hard trails/full wheels articulation, but not planning any hardcore trails/rock crawling, and shall address when the time comes…
Previous Level8 18x9 et0, 285/60r18 for sale, shall post pics and sale when have time…
