Trail Gear Wheel spacer installation

Installed these today. Rears look fine but not sure about fronts.
Not getting full protrusion on the threads, what do you think?

I wouldn't run them. Get new studs.

i would get new studs, my spidertrax had at least 3 threads showing when torqued down

just order some all pro et lugs. I have them and i like them and the only thing i don't like is you need a thin walled 5/8 socket(domestic spark plug socket works) thats the reason i went with all pro.

You can use stock rear studs (they are longer). I run OEM rear studs in the front and extended thread lug nuts for thicker aftermarket wheels.

I can't remember how much room there is in there. Can the longer studs be installed with the hub on the car?

Yes. The "proper" way is to remove the hub and press the studs in, but you can skip that and use some some large washers and a lug nut to install them.

Make sure the tapered end is going in, not pointing out. Hard to tell from that photo.

Nope, don't use it like that. Get some longer studs. Unfortunately, with most longer studs you will then have to cut them so they don't stick out past the face of the spacer. If you try to use the longer studs contacting the wheel, you most certainly will damage the spacer and/or the wheel.
