Trail premium edition price

I went wheel'n n' dealin this weekend and I got a local San Diego dealership down to $37,195 for a 14' trail premium with kdss, is this a good price? From everything I've researched it seems like it is but I figured I'd check with others in the 4runner fam for advice before I sign the dotted line. Msrp $41,080.00 also I currently own a 1997 limited with rear locker all original in pretty darn good shape, what do you think a good selling price would be for it? 195,000mi $4,500.00???

Ya I have loved my 97' but I'm financially ok with the payment and I am ready for an updated new vehicle...

Does it have NAV also? Most KDSS vehicles come with NAV, but I would say you could do better if it doesn't have NAV.

I used Truecar.com, Edmunds and KBB.com. I will build the vehicle and see what others are paying and the invoice price. I will then kinda average them out. If you can save 6 to 9% off of the sticker you have got a good deal.

That sounds low to me unless you're talking trade in. I'd think more along the lines of $5,500 so asking maybe a bit higher to be talked down. Assuming it's as clean as you say and has solid maintenance records.

Sounds like a good deal to me. I paid $38,500 for mine, but the dealer had to get the one I wanted from another dealer a couple of hundred miles away. I wanted the nautical blue metallic color.
