Decided to change my trannyfluid in my 22re but now it grinds in second and I don't know why any help appreciated I used Lucas Trans fluid 75w 90

GL4 or GL5?
I remember reading that GL5 is terrible for the W56.

Don't use GL5 oil.

It's the wrong stuff. Needs to be GL4 specific only.

I vouch for the redline oil! Made my R150-F shift like butter after grinding with valvoline synthetic.

GL4 with 1/2 ATF4 is what I use cleans it up and shifts so smooth. The ATF cleans and allows smoother function when the fluid is colder.
