Transfer Case Flange Replacement

1987 T4R 22re 5-speed. Does anyone know of a company that makes a good replacement transfer case flange (rear)? craigslist wants to sell me an entire transfer case and the only company I've been able to find that sells just the flange is Marlin, and it's for the V6 model.

I've had to replace the output seal twice due to a groove that has developed on the shaft... also a really bad u-joint didn't help.

What's wrong with your flange? Shoot me a PM, I think I have a spare somewhere at home I can send to you.

Edit; nvm I was confused. TG and Marlin make replacement triple-drilled flanges for the tcase.

THANK YOU! Trail gear looks like my best bet. Wasn't able to find the 4cylinder version on Marlin's website or I would go with them.

Don't know if new factory replacements are available. Could use the TG, try to reuse your dust shield and save $8

have you looked to see if a repair sleeve is available for that?

sometimes called a speedy sleeve. they are a perfectly acceptable repair for such things.
