Transmission Solenoids

Hey yall,
First time owner of a 4runner. I have to change my solenoid in my tranny what is the best tranny fluid to use? 97 4runner v6 193k. I bought it just a few weeks ago. Wouldn't shift into 3rd gear one day been fine ever since but wanna get it done before a bigger issue arrives. I also have to change the valve cover gaskets what else should I change while I do that?

This what I use on my 1997 Ltd. In fact, I also replaced my solenoids and did a full 16qt flush using this stuff. That was about 75k miles ago I think.
