Tegoxr this 7th will work on either gen s/c. When purchased from urd the wiring diagram is model year specific. Having said that, it appears this 7th coming out of a 99 would be a good fit for your 99. All other year models would require urd sending you the correct wiring diagram, You may want to purchase a larger fuel pump if not included. Should go fast
at this price.

I will also add the OP is a stand up trustworthy person. I hv purchased a high dollar item from him with very satisfying results.

no it doesnt come with a fuel pump. the TRD 7th injector kit was designed to use the factory in tank pump. you will need to source this separately.
