Anything will fit with some modification. This part obviously isn't a bolt up piece, so for that price i'm not sure why you'd be considering it when other options exist that do easily bolt on for the same or less price....
with something like this I wouldn't be worried about engine damage so much as CAI's all perform the same function...permit more air to flow to the air pump.... I'd be concerned with the connection points to the hoses are the same, the MAF sensor port in the right location (for the oem wiring length) and is the spot for the engine cover attachment correct (unless you mind running with no engine cover)... all the other items can be massaged to fit (the box you can shim and the rubber joints should provide enough flexibility assuming the plastic tube which connects to the throttle body isn't short (if it's too long you can always cut it)... which goes back to the first paragraph, why bother with all this for nearly $400?... to each their own though. good luck if you decide to go this route and post some pics of the install.
