TRD cone air filter: dry or oiled?

Does the TRD cone air filter need to be reoiled after washing and drying or is it used dry?

I was under the impression the TRD kit used the AFe Pro dry filters.

Thanks, guyz. I was pretty sure it was dry (not oiled) before I washed it. And it was awful dirty. I kept meaning to clean it for over a year now. Turns out I hadn't cleaned it in a little over 60k miles! Unfortunately for the T4R, both Mustangs get my attention first when it comes to the CAI.
