TRD Exhaust on 3rd Gen

I'm looking at getting a TRD exhaust second hand off a guy who had it on his 2005 Tundra crew cab. Fist off, will it fit on my 3rd gen? He said it has "stock" mounts but I'm not sure if thats universal...

Also, I have heard they can rust out... this one has 20k on it (non-salty roads). Is there anything else that I should look out for?

If I end up getting it, I'll post some vids...

Don't TRD parts come with a warrenty?

I have it on my '99 Supercharged Limited. I see no rust issues but then I live in Northern California too...

Not sure on fit. Call a Toyota dealer and tell the parts department you totalled your Tacoma and want to move the TRD to your 4Runner...

ya, it wont fit. First of all the 4.0l v6 exhaust systems are 2.5" diameter and the 3.4l v6 exhaust is is 2.25" diameter. And it simply wont run under you runner. Th exaust takes a different path in pretty much every single different Toyota vehicle. You cant even use the same exhaust between a 4 door tacoma and a regular cab tacoma. It sucks I know.
