I don't think 4runners ever came with a TRD package. Just the sticker. he might have added some TRD components though. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Correct. No TRD packages from the factory. Not even the sticker.

3rd gen runners never had TRD anything from what I've researched.

This! The Highlander Package with an E-locker is the closest thing out there. They were the tallest version of the 4-runner, had the biggest tires from the factory, and the best wheels you can get stock.
