TRD Pro... hindsight is 20/20

Just add Bilstein BTS coilovers, black wheels, AT tires of your choice and you'll be there minus the grill. I'm waiting to see where they price the TRD. Most likely, I'll buy the TE and just add my own stuff to it.

I'd rather add better suspension to my taste and wheels to my taste then buy something pre made.. I would just replace the stuff anyways.

To be honest the TRD Pro is a nice package to get if you know its going to be a while until you get around to putting mods on the truck. But I wouldn't regret not buying one, its mainly just parts bin stuff (i.e. bolt-on suspension, wheels, ect) with some minor cosmetic changes.

I do like the grille over the stock version.

Man, I HATED the looks of that front end when I first saw pics of it, but it's really starting to grow on me. I might need to take a trip to my local Toyota dealership...

I like that orange but I have a feeling it will start to be obnoxious after a while.

The problem with the TRD Pro is that many of us already have "better" versions of it and have upgraded our parts way past what comes in the TRD. What would have been a really big move would be a supercharger in the 4Runner.
