Where is the best and cheapest place to order a set from? I tried to search but no luck coming in under $220 per rim. Any suggestions?

I just got mine from Groove Toyota on Broadway.

They matched the best internet price I could find with shipping. $200 a wheel.

The black and bronze Toyota lug nuts are on HOLD status, so you can't get them right now. To be honest the chrome lug nuts contrast pretty well with the black rims IMO so I am going to go with that unless I change my mind.

I ordered mine from Olathe Toyota. $745 and I got them in three days. Getting put on the truck on Monday sling with my daystar lift. Wahoo!!
