I just got my TRD offroad stickers for the weathertech. The sticker is about 1 inch too short , the width is fine but the length is way off. The glue on these stickers is almost useless too, but I can hot glue it so im not too worried. The sticker being the wrong length though, no real fix for that.

no idea how your sticker was the wrong length. mine arrive last year in great time and fit directly as they should. speaking about the adhesive, well having had the mats beforehand and knowing the factory stickers started to peel after the 1st year, i applied shoegoo to the weathertech trd stickers and have never looked back.
