If it was closer, i would scoop it up and toss it in the garage until my motor let loose. My stock engine is a at 265,000, but still running strong.

thats NICE!!!! wished i could justify buying this with the Ol Lady LOL!! My 4Runner has over 275k on it and still running good too...gotta love Toyota! Watch and see whenever we need a motor we wont be able to find one worth a ****, and all u would have to do is pull out ur old and drop that beast in it!! Seeing stuff like this i just wanna :smashputer:

Depends on if you can stay out of boost or not....I get around 17 mixed driving w/ 265/75s. That is without correcting for the (slightly) larger tires.

technically boost should make your engine more efficient, though you are more likely to romp on it so that may negate any mpg gains :rofl:

i sent him a text and email seeing about the mileage, we'll see what he says

I get a consistent 15 MPG with tons of weight and 285's. I also romp on it a few times per tank.

he says 160k on the clock for both the motor and SC. Timing belt replaced by toyota at 120k. It starts and runs with no issues.

Have you tried to bring down the price a bit? It is sitting there for few days now, so he might bring the price down.

My s/c truck is on 275/70r18's (66lb toyo mt's) and I get ~13mpg regardless of how much foot I give it. Usually on empty with about 165 miles on the trip. :lol:you gotta choose your battles...
(it also went 170k supercharged miles before it developed a crack in the head.)
I once got 21mpg strictly highway.

he told me 1400 is the lowest he would go, its a good deal, just dont know if i wanna spend that kinda cash on my DD when i still have another car that needs some much needed attention

$1400 would go along way on that trans-maro-bird.. that's where i'd put it if I were you.
