This tent trailer is:

LIFETIME Tent Trailer. Originally about 3k retail. Bought through Costco online for $1900 and comes with everything! Sadly I hear it may be discontinued, but haven't looked lately. It's sort of the younger sibling to the Jumping Jack trailer which is twice as much but a bigger, perhaps better setup.

The LIFETIME one is great behind the Runner as the track width is perfect. You don't even know it's back there unless heavily loaded. I like that I can use it one weekend as a utility trailer taking junk to the dump. The next weekend, I can haul some toys to the desert or even setup a whole campsite around it.

Recommend it highly if you can still get one...

Edit: Forgot to mention that my favorite part of this setup is that it obviously elevates your tent off the ground so you don't have to worry about rainy runoffs but even better... If you wanna move your whole camp a bit down the way every so often, you don't have to pull up stakes and tear down & setup again.

Thanks again to [MENTION=115624]SLWRNR[/MENTION] for a great detail recently which I'm sure he was not enjoying with the baked on dirt! It was pretty bad admittedly... but I had to shake some of the criticism I get for it being too clean all the time! You know who you are! :cheers:

Amazing Truck!

Your truck looks absolutely amazing! I just ordered my TRD Pro in Super White that is supposed to arrive next week.

I am a bit concerned with the ntune speakers. I have had the JBL package in my Tacoma for the past 6 years and it is not the best but certainly good enough. I am worried the ntune are kinda lame.

- Do you care about music enough to care about this question? haha
- Did you do any upgrades to your speakers? if so, what'd you do?

I am a former musician and music producer so music has always been a big priority. That said, The TRD audio system is not that great. My wife's limited JBL system w/ the sub is so much better! Haven't had time to upgrade speakers as there are more pressing things in my life at the time, but one day, I'd like to.

I can still enjoy the audio system mind you, but it certainly isn't something to die for! Don't want to discourage you, but I figure that you'd want the honest answer.

That's exactly what I suspected. I am really surprised that they wouldn't take more money from me to get the JBL package in there but no dice.

I am definitely going to have some fun putting exactly what I want in the truck though.

Follow up question:

How many speakers come stock with this other system?

- 2 Front Door
- 2 Rear Door
- 2 Tweeters
- 2 Dash

Nice Rig. Don't have the TRDP, just a base TE with a similar set up down here in Columbia MD. We should head up to Rausch Creek, PA sometime and get them dirty.

Make sure you apply some loctite or some kind of rust proof spray in those locks. Had to drill both locks out recently because it rusted inside the lock.

A quick off-road ride coming home from a job.

Still enjoying the truck 1.5 years later! Sometimes I forget how much fun it is day to day.... then, I go off-road for a quick ride and Voila!... Back in love!

Flex 'n Stuff

Can't wait to gain a little more lift with the Toytec kit, but even w/o... the truck did amazingly well yesterday after all I threw at it... Far more than pictured here. Too bad I couldn't take pics when it was really extreme, but too busy piloting and was alone.
