I have to give full marks to this Ebay Seller who quickly and without question replaced a damaged set of cross bars I received (shippers tossing items no doubt). Next set arrived just as quick and with bubble wrap protection.

Yes it is still advantageous for us Canucks to buy parts in the US even with shipping and import fees. I'll be sure to keep my business with these guys, great customer care so heads up Canadians if you're shopping for similar reason. :hatsoff:

I tried this seller and one other, both canceled my order and refunded after a few days with no explanation. Assumed it was the shipping to Hawaii but they ship to Canada? Lucky.
Ended up going via Amazon, free ship, arrived in 2 days.
