I have to agree with FMain that the lugs wear out. Looking at the Tredpros site wear and tear are not covered by the warranty.

Questions for Tredpros is are the lugs made out a better/special material and are they replaceable?

I would hope if you break a lug or crack a board while doing a normal recovery they would cover you under warranty.

As to the way the boards are made, it looks like the lugs are one with the board. Not replaceable..(But still a different material) Worst case you submit a claim and they say no.. and you have a board that is cracked or missing lugs... Same thing would happen if you any other recovery board like this..

I want to be in on this but def need to know if the lugs are repair/replaceable. Seen a lot of em burned out on the trails.
