Trimming fenders and mud flaps?

Getting ready to put my lift on and wanted to take off/trim mud flaps and trim up the inside fender well. I've seen a few pics somewhere but I've searched and can't find anything? I have BFG 285/70s waiting to go on.

Do most people completely remove the mud flaps or do people usually trim then flaps close to the edge? Pics?

Depends on what tires you are running I believe. I am running a 3" suspension lift with 33" tires, I tried to just trim the front mudflaps but the issue was where they attached to the body, so I ended up completely removing them.

Thanks black works, the tires at BFG ATs and did you have to trim the inside fenders? I think my lift will give me 3" or more. I remember seeing a post somewhere with what needs to be trimmed but I can't find it anywhere.

Just remove the mud flaps and be done. I tried to just trim them but it looked like crap and would have been easier to remove them in the first place. The fender liner needs to be pushed forward as was already mentioned and you will more than likely have to trim the bottom inside portion of the bumper, where the fender liner used to mount. Between the larger tires and BL, this part of the bumper required removing almost 2" of plastic to make everything fit right.
