Trouble Codes - Scan Gauge - Trouble

Hey gang, I could use some advice, experience. This morning I got the dash lights and CEL out of the blue after running 3 days of trails in Moab. No significant issues on the trails but the usual banging on the bigger obstacles. Nothing out of the ordinary. I checked for codes on my Scan Gauge to find some odd codes - C2B80, C3580, C27CO, CB100, etc. I cleared the codes only to have a different one pop up. Now I have a steady "pending codes" reading that constantly rolls through codes without an end in sight. Odd.

Any idea what's going on? It starts and drives fine. I really want to hit some more trails but also don't want to do anything stupid.

My Scan Gauge also has a steady flow of "pending codes" that can't be cleared or anything. No dash lights or CEL's though... Not sure what is causing them, if ist the truck or a problem with the Scan Gauge itself.
