I have a '97 T4R, SR5. Second owner, have enjoyed for 7-8 yrs. Just experienced the coolant getting into combustion chambers, radiator very low, white smoke on start. Coolant in crankcase. 155K. Just had garage replace an "open" fuel injector 2.5 months ago (1500 miles), also they replaced water pump, timing belt and all "fan" belts Truck has been trouble free until that and has been very well maintained. Any chance of faulty workmanship leading to this failure? Any response is appreciated.
