I got mine on. It was pretty easy. I got the upper grille from McGeorge Toyota and it was flawless.

Got mine on and really love it. Not going to lie, I struggled with the letter install. Just my ignorance * I suppose since others did well. Thanks TSO for a great product.

Top bar I'm not sure. 27" curved eBay item. It took a LOT of mods to the upper grill and custom mounting.

Bottom is a Rigid Industries SR30 mounted on the Rago mounts.

I did tons of Photoshop and measuring, ordered, then cut, cut , file, cut, sand, cut, hardware store, cut and so on... I'm super happy with end result. Way more awesome in person.

The TSO grill was the final piece of the puzzle that was needed.

You really should do a write-up on this. I know a lot of people including myself are curious about doing a light bar like this and I don't think its been documented at all really.

Hopefully this isnt too out of place here.... anyone have a good online source for the OEM upper grill assembly? Everywhere I’ve seen it it has been more than the TSO cover with letters... this is the only thing I want to figure out before ordering the garnish from TSO.

Google pz323-35053. That is the upper grille assembly needed. Should be around $160.

I added install instructions to the item descriptions. They are pdf. And for the letters you will need to print in legal format.

Has anyone else had issues with the letters? I installed mine to the garnish first and let it sit inside my house for two days to give the tape time to cure/bond before installing to the truck. The letters stuck well but seemed a little "loose". After a month of midwest weather (temps ranging from 10 to 70 with a lot of ice and salt) a couple of the letters didn't seem like they'd survive a car wash. I pulled them off with relative ease last night and may try a reinstall. Is there something I'm missing/messed up?

The garnish looks amazing otherwise!
