I think either oem or this method you will require a new upper mesh grill.

No, the $500 is roughly the total of the OEM piece with the upper grille mesh. The upper grille is about $165.

There will not be any pictures of the final version until after production has completed. This group buy is meant to get a final version in production. Nothing will be made if the group buy isn't successful. The final version will look like the prototype. It will just have better uniformity, tighter fitting and cleaner trim lines. These differences are going to be minor.


It will be designed to work with the oem upper grille. Beyond that will be up to you.

All this piece is doing is taking place of the factory one that is PZ323-35056 and normally costs around 370 dollars. You will still need to buy the upper grill PZ327-35053 $165 regardless of if you go with the fake PZ323-35056 as being sold here or the OEM 370 dollar option.

I wanted to update everyone, as I sent out messages to everybody to get an status update of where they stood with the group buy. Some of feedback I got made me think there is some misconceptions of how things are going to be. First the letters WILL HAPPEN. There has been a lot of time and money put into this on my end, and I will not spend more time or money until there are more committed buyers. Second the mold for the cover piece is going to be based off of the factory grill cover. So, it will be almost the exact dimensions as the factory piece. Will there be differences? Yes, but they will be so slight most will not even be able to see a difference. If there are anymore questions or concerns place feel free to PM me I usally pretty fast at responding.
