Thought it worth putting a note in on these guys..... Had to do my V8 90K and after pricing around all the local dealers came in around the same price ($1200 or so) but this place had a free loaner so decided to come here..... As long as it was in I also asked them to replace the tire lift (rusted ball of crap) and remove a couple of bolts I broke getting my armor off (got to love New England winters!).... Got a call the next day to come and pick it up and the work looked great.... The interesting thing is that I run an Afe filter and when I was reading the bill I noticed that they had replaced the filter..... After a short discussion with my service rep we headed out to the shop floor and I was able to retrieve my filter..... The thing worth noting is the shop was very very clean and my discussion on the other aspects of the work with the mechanic left me with the impression that he was very competent.... Would not hesitate to take my truck to them if there was anything that needed done that reached beyond my comfort zone....
Only negative that I noted is that their IT really needs to rework their reservation system.... Entered all my info when I made the reservation and was surprised when it all had to be entered again when I arrived....
Other than the price which always leaves me with sticker shock I would rate this place as clean and competent.....
