Tundra Bils adjustable strut lower bolt stuck

I have about run out of idea on how to get this bolt out. I have released all the pressure from the suspension so the strut is resting on the lower bolt. The bolt is stuck in the bushing sleeve. I have sprayed it down with PB blaster several times since yesterday afternoon. I used an impact on the bolt head, a punch with 2lb hammer on the end of the bolt, put a breaker bar and cheater bar on the bolt head trying to turn it and break it loose.

I don't want to ruin the bushing if at all possible. Any suggestions on getting it off?

so the bolt is stuck in the rubber bushing and you can not get the bolt to rotate if you try to twist it?

so torching it might not be the best, hitting it with a hammer might not work because the rubber absorbs the impact.

so really your only options is to twist it back and forth with an impact and put lots of torque on it to get it to break loose.

I was able to get it to loosen up after several attempts of moving the bolt back and forth with a big breaker bar and 4' long pipe over the breaker bar handle. Had to work it back and forth several times to get loose enough to punch out. Bought a new bolt, which has a 22m head on it. I hate that the metric bolts from hardware stores don't have same size head on them.
