turbo sound as acceleration is applied

the sound is kinda loud when acceleration is applied then evens out once going, only when accelerating.

have replaced all common things, timing belt, fuel filter, water pump, air filter, plugs, coil, and just cleaned the MAF.

could it be the clutch fan?

could be the fan clutch, yes. But that would typically be a roaring type noise if it's staying engaged. I'd look into pulley bearings going out, they make a noise that increases with RPM.
