I want give them props for always being the lowest price dealer that does service right the first time. I have done a majority of my service there and am always satisfied. They even fixed my door lock actuator out of warranty without hesitation and really go the extra mile. I also just had my cats and sensors replaced under the emission warranty and they didn't even hesitate after verifying the problem. I always go to Tom Higgins in service because he knows his stuff.

I've just about had it with Tustin Toyota. My tie rod end is weeping. Service advisor questioned whether the tie rod ends were swapped on my ICON suspension because he used to sell this stuff. smh



Get the truck back and his techs insist it's detail goop and not Toyota grease. I go under the truck and inspect myself in my parking garage and surely enough there's a tear in the boot.



Why is it that I have to deal with incompetent people who simply are too lazy and incapable of doing the simplest things?


By the way, they also messed up an oil change. Oil residue on my skid plate. Likely tech forgot about the o ring but who know?

Can't trust them. Can't bring my truck to them.

That's horrible! Where do you go now for service? I'm about to purchase another 4runner and am curious

I went to a few dealers around orange county and I had the best experience (buying a car, not for service) at Carson Toyota. I tried Toyota of HB first and they were OK just not very helpful and then Elmore Toyota and the dealer that used to be Hooman were absolutely awful. Elmore was the worst.
