two transfer case leaks

I have a 2000 4x4 automatic 4runner I've noticed that I have slight leaks on both ends of the transfer case. On the end connecting to the transmission you can see the reddish color of transmission fluid and on the end connecting to the rear driveshaft you can see a darker oil color. I have not noticed any spots on the ground when parked for a while which tells me this is a very slow leak.

Any ideas on what would need to be fixed? I'm out traveling for the next 3 months and would need to take it to a shop - hope this isn't too severe as I'll be offroading in some fairly remote places.

If it's leaking from the transfer case it can't be transmission fluid, could just be dirt that it's picked up making it look red. If I'm orienting myself right from your pictures the transmission looks dry and the transfer case is very wet looking. It could be the shifter seal at the top of the transfer case running down to the bottom. When mine started to leak it left a pretty good mess like that. It's not a hard job, just have to take out the center console and undo a few bolts to put the new parts in. I did a short write up on it a few years back.

The leak on the gold ring looks like it could be the output shaft seal. Or it could be a leak from further up running down and dripping. Also not too hard or laborious to do.

Looking like the output and the input shaft of your transfer case leaking makes sure you gear grease level is good then investigate where the leaks are.
