Umm... what is this?

I'm doing a standard oil change and once most of the oil is gone it started dribbling out this stuff. Almost smoothie consistency. Thoughts?

Sludge or maybe rad fluid mixing with the oil. Are you see a drop of your fluid level for the radiator or is the engine getting hot on you? How long was the oil change interval?

You can always send off a sample for oil analysis. That will remove all doubt.

Looks like water, or coolant got into it

check your radiator as well. If there's oil in there, you could be dealing with a blown headgasket.

If coolant got mixed with engine oil, the entire volume of oil will be like that, so I guess no coolant in the oil.
