I did the LCA bushings. I had some rust. You're in AZ so maybe easier. Pressing them is easier but setting up the right jig can be somewhat challenging. After I failed with the press, I used the press to remove the inner sleeve and some of the rubber, then used a large, round punch (about 1/2") and hammered the edge of the outer sleeve without the lip inward and just kept going around, punching it to the center until it came loose and I could hammer it through. By the time I got the hang of it, I could get one out in about 10 minutes. Need a vise to hold the LCA.

Other methods like putting pressure on the non lip side and use some heat to pop it out, or using a sawzall and carefully cutting out a lateral piece from the outer sleeve, to be able to "shrink" the outer sleeve. Both methods require removing the inner sleeve and the bonded rubber, either by cutting or burning it out.
Lastly, you could just buy an entire LCA for about $175 for one LCA (OEM). One bushing (OEM) costs about ($40) so doing bushings only costs about 1/2 the whole LCA.

Uppers are similar in removing the bushing but the bushings are around $25 and the whole arm is $190,

Do the uppers come with the UBJ pressed in?
 
I just had mine,just the lowers, replaced by the alignment shop last week, $388 labor plus $86 in parts! so yeah, try to DIY! :wink2:
 
I just realized now that OEM LCA bushings are available as a separate part and not just as whole arms, makes me feel stupid for installing Moog bushings on my truck :bash:
