Urgent: >2" rear lift with Bilstein 5100's

I have 5100's in the rear with 2" lift icon springs. Does anybody have experience runnign a spacer in the rear to net more than 2"? I only ask because Bilstein says up to 2" lift is possible.

I've got Icon's 3" 'Expo' springs with their 2.0 shocks, it looks a bit high in the back, but I'll be adding a roof top tent and a Goose Gear drawer system in the back, so it should level out.

Not a fan of spacers, especially since there's a spring to give me what I want without a spacer.
