USA equvilant to South Africa Toyota

The equivalent to that Hilux is the current generation Tacoma.
This site is all about Toyota 120s.
You can probably find which suspension parts people are using in the Hilux.

My guess is anything that will work on the Taco will work on the Hilux.
The front suspension on the Hilux/Taco is also basically the same as the 4Runner.
By the way, I've had good experiences with Wheeler's.

Tacoma suspension is different to Hilux suspension.
Here is an application guide for all of ARB's (Old Man Emu is made by ARB) stuff for the Toyota Hilux. Look at the part numbers on this, that will help you get the right stuff. I don't know how successful you will be in finding US distributors that sell Hilux parts, but good luck anyway.
Also, ARB has stores in South Africa so perhaps it might be easier and cheaper just to get the stuff there.
