Few quick questions

Hey guys, I recently bought my 03 v8 Limited.
I see on some pictures that a few of you have a "i-force v8" bagde on the rear tail gate. I only have the one on the front grill..
Second question.. I did not receive a plug for my tow hitch, was that supposed be included with the vehicle.. And it seems that I have a larger tow hitch then my friend with a 03' v6 Limited.. Any ideas??
Third, what type of tires came with your trucks.. I got Firestone, Brigstone H/T's, my buddy got Dunlops...

The 4Runners with the i-force badges you've been seeing in the forum were done by the owners. They bought the emblems from dealerships, online, etc and and placed them on the rigs...nice touch, huh? I think you were supposed to receive a trailer plug...mine was included in the glove compartment when I purchased the vehicle.

My '04 came with the plug, already plugged into the receiver.

Michelin Cross-Terrain P265/65R17.

Not bad for OEM tires...they did pretty well in the snow this morning.

And it seems that I have a larger tow hitch then my friend with a 03' V6 Limited.. Any ideas??

The difference in hitches is that the v6 has a weight carrying hitch and the V8 has a weight distributing hitch.

Yep, you can find V8 badges on e-bay. Some guys have even bought the V8 badge that is on the Lexus, since it is a little smaller. Then again, some guys have taken all the badges off their trucks......

If i were you, just back by the dealership and they should just givve you a hitch cover.

How much do they sell the "iForce V8" emblem at the dealer? I like the look of that emblem too. Saw it on a Sequoia.

Thanks guys for all the help.. Im gonna go down to my dealership today and see what they have to say about the tow hitch plug.. So I wonder why everyone is getting different brand tires...

Different tires because they use what is available at the time. Dunlop, Michelin, etc- Toyota is buying thousands per month, plus all the tire dealers so it's impossible for one tire company to supply all the tires.

My truck came with what I thought was a tow hitch wiring in the glovebox but it's for something else.
