Yeah what trails? There is nothing legal around here. I go down to Corolla beach once the weather warms up.

I'll be doing the run down to Corolla/Nags Head once the temps start to hit 85-90 during the day. That will probably be April, but it will be here before you know it.

What do you have to do to get the permits down there?

No permits required for Corolla. Just take a left at the fork when you cross the bridge and drive about 15 miles. Air down at the library across from the Conoco, then you have about a mile to go to drive straight onto the beach. Drive about 4 miles on the beach and then you can start parking. I usually park about 8-10 miles in.
