VA "Pipeline" trail near Fredericksburg?

Was searching for something that wasn't hours away from me and finally up popped this video...apparently some jeep guys have been running it for years but I'm not too sure about it. If anyone's run this or knows of it feel free to chime in, or if anyone near Richmond wants to check it out I might be interested, looks like it's definitely do-able with a stock rig if it hasn't rained too much:



Oh and the guy posted directions in the comment section if anyone wants to look it up on google maps...to me it looked like it was by an airport.

Yea it definitely was too much for me too but maybe on a dry day (if it hasn't rained in atleast a couple weeks) it would be a little drier.

Just be aware that you are more than likely tresspassing if you go there. I lived in Chesterfield for the last 20 years and I'm almost positive there is no places to legally wheel in Fredericksburg, especially not a pipeline next to an airport.

Hurt4x is correct, and now a days you get your vehicle confiscated as well as arrested.
As well as give Offroading a bad name.

Yea you'all are right it's probably not legal, hard to come by places these days, that's why I said I really wasn't sure in the first post. Sad that so many places have gotten closed down, when chesterfield wasn't so crowded there used to be a ton of trails down powerlines etc. that didn't seem to be a problem legally until all the neighborhoods/288 was built then the popo cracked down. After thinking about it I'm definitely not running it, mostly just wondering if anybody had been down it/heard of it on here.

Yeah it blows around here. Only way you can off road is on private property. i'm always looking for safe places to dip off into
