Value of Used ToyTec Boss kit?

So there is a Toytec Boss kit for sale about an hour from me. Seller says it is ~3 yrs old, 15k miles on it. Coilovers have a red spring and rear shock are billy's Also the rear spring is not the new superflex. He says it is the spring they use to use (what spring would this be?). Also included are Light racing UCA. Spanner Wrench, Diff drop and Swaybar relocator included. No bump stops. What is a good offer price for this Kit?

I usually shoot to buy used useful parts at 50% of new. But it also depends on what it's worth to you? If 15k miles is half it's life expectancy then half of new seems fair. If someome else thinks it's worth 80% of new then you've lost your opportunity to buy it.
